My client are a licenced, regulated Business offering a wide range of B2C and B2B fintech services. Headquartered in Dublin with operations in Belfast and Malta the Company have experienced significant growth over the last 17 months and are seeking a HR Specialist/Business Partner to oversee the HR People Agenda as the business goes through further expansion. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will partner with Senior Leadership and other stakeholders from across the business to define the HR needs and responsibilities which will drive the business forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee talent management agenda, effectively manage the employee lifecycle.
- Deliver on compensation and employee benefits, ensure effective benchmarking.
- Deliver a suite of policies and procedures to support the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with relevant managers to assess employee development and training requirements and deliver programs to meet the employee needs.
- Provide organizational structure and the ability to meet business needs by effectively managing the employee lifecycle.
- Work alongside key stakeholders to understand requests and provide solutions.
- Create and deliver documentation and training and H&S to enable self-service by department functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge HR and H&S systems, taking HR problems and building simple frameworks to correct and address issues. Ie conflict resolution.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead, own, and deliver HR application-related projects within the defined timeline.
- Automate new business processes and improve the existing ones.
- Assist in creating HR reports and dashboards for users.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate will be degree accredited with previous experience in a HR business partnering role.
- Significant experience required in delivering policies and procedures along with a strong understanding of employment law and experience conducting rigorous employee appraisals and analysis.
- A highly motivated, ambitious, agile HR Professional who has a passion for delivering on the value of HR throughout a business and communicating insights to a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of technical experience.
- Ability to deliver multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast paced environment is critical.
- Strong systems experience leveraging visualization/reporting tools (metabase etc) along with experience in using excel for reporting and analysis is essential.
- Flexibility required as travel to the Company operations in Belfast and Malta will be required
