My client who is leading supplier of Scandinavian Windows and Doors with a long-standing reputation for customer service excellence is looking for an Internal Sales Rep to join their team in Dublin 12. 

Job Description:

• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, which invoices sending details to the factory for quoting.
•  Preparing quotation for customer including installation estimate.
• Follow up of quotations.
• Meeting agreed targets.
• Preparation of documentation should the quotation become an order.
• Working as part of the sales team and engaging with technical team to complete the order process.
• Sharing workload of Showroom visitors.
• Maintaining electronic files of all correspondence, drawings etc in our drive towards achieving a paperless office environment.
• Use of and updating of CRM system.
• Strict adherence to company policy in terms of procedures e.g. deposit payments, customer sign off documentation, etc.

Experience:

• Experience of the construction sector required.
• Some level of selling skills required.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings essential.
• Microsoft Office and Excel experience essential.
• Ability to meet in person and over the phone with customers, architects, contractors, etc.
