Learning Program Coordinator

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning Program Coordinator to join its Global Operations Learning Organization (GOLO). We are looking for an individual to provide learning and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning and delivery of Global Risk Operations (GRO) learning programs and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with LMS (preferably Cornerstone), possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have good project management skills, and possess initiative and independent problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners including Recruiting, Hiring Managers, Training POCs and the L&D program managers through regular syncs and open communication.
• Ensures timely execution of program coordination responsibilities including training space and facilitator reservations, program management, program communications, and learner enrolment in the LMS.
• Creates and maintains training materials and presentations.
• Produces/facilitates onboarding sessions with new hires.
• Pulls and shares routine reporting including completion figures and program evaluation data when required. Makes recommendations for program improvement.
• Conduct assessment and advice on course deployment approach (target audience, course format, materials, timeframe, expectations around modifications, exams/assessments, etc.).
• Maintains and improves coordination workflows globally.
• Offers support to learners through multiple communication modes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of program coordination, operations or logistics experience.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change, showing initiative and an independent approach to problem solving.
• Experience using G-suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Strong desire to collaborate, share, and drive best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on a globally distributed team.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS.
