The Member Promotion Officer is a full-time position which is responsible for building a relationship within all cohorts of the membership and student community to promote the benefits of full membership along with progression routes for current and future members.
The Member Promotion Officer works closely with the Education & Marketing & Communications teams to ensure that all member promotional activities and programme collateral are current, relevant and professionally produced.
Promotion
- Deliver Virtual presentations to student & affiliate cohorts to build and promote the school
- Provide information to students and affiliates on the Work Practice programme. Meet agreed KPIs to develop and optimise the student to member journey
- Co-ordinate and manage an annual programme of yearly student, affiliate and member promotional events
Member & Customer Service
- Contribute and support day-to-day operations of the Member Experience team that include answering member queries and requests, processing fees and maintaining up-to-date membership information
- Maintain and develop processes and procedures
- Uphold key Customer Success metrics, including but not limited to service level, average handle time, and first contact resolution.
- Conduct appropriate surveys to determine satisfaction with graduations, conferences, membership, products, and services
Member Engagement & Retention
- Contribute to member engagement planning and contribute to research and aid development of new initiatives to increase pipeline
- Proactively working to minimise member loss
- Work with Marketing & Education delivery teams to maximise the appeal and exposure of membership through early student engagement programmes/campaigns
Quality Improvements
- Improve the user journey and assist the QA of member programmes
- Contribute to continued improvement process
Daily Responsibilities Include
- Member retention - proactively working to minimise member loss
- Process Member subscriptions & Member re-registrations/ re-activations
- Contribute to Member communications via Mailchimp re Events, Renewal campaigns for current & deactivated Members
- Daily maintenance of Member inbox/phones
- Support Marketing with maintenance of Member web page / update of yearly membership forms
