My client who is leading supplier of Scandinavian Windows and Doors with a long-standing reputation for customer service excellence is looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team in Dublin 12.

As a Project Supervisoryou will need to be able to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people. You’ll be a team player but you also need to be able to use your own initiative and make your own decisions. You will understand all aspects of the contracting process and technical building regulations.

You would need to have experience of supervising projects with all aspects of the sector including; tenders, delivery, installation, safety, site meetings and sign off.

Responsibilities:

You must be able to provide reports for monthly valuations & invoices in accordance with contract requirement. It is important that you liaise with all suppliers ensuring that orders are placed on time to complete agreed programmes. Liaising with Architects & Main Contractors to get approval and sign off of orders and schedules and filling out of all contracts documentation such as Sub Contracts, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment Method Statements, etc.

Experience required:

• Experience 2 years minimum.
• Microsoft Office and Excel experience essential,
• Knowledge of Auto CAD an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings essential.
