Recruitment Consultant – Lifesciences Division

Eden Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Lifesciences Industry Sector to join our expanding operation. This opportunity is being offered on a hybrid/remote basis from either Dublin or Cork locations.

As we further expand both in Ireland and the US, we are seeking talented, highly ambitious, recruitment professionals hungry for success to join our Life-Sciences Division.

Our consultants are curious and inquisitive by nature, exceptional communicators with an ability to build relationships and seek out uniquely talented professionals to meet our clients’ requirements.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Recruiter with a proven track record ideally in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math’s)
• Ability to manage Key Accounts and deliver talent solutions for our clients.
• Proven experience in delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
• An ability to drive business development activity targeting new and existing clients within the Lifesciences Space
• Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of disciplines within the Lifesciences Sector

The Successful Candidate must:

• Have 3-4 years recruitment experience ideally in Lifesciences or coming from a Science or Engineering background.
• Be an exceptional communicator, with professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach to building partnerships with Clients and Candidates
• Team player, and a high achiever who has a proven record in delivering world-class recruitment solutions.
• Have a self-driven approach, energy, and ambition with an ability to build a successful recruitment desk through leading practices.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment, use of sourcing strategics and candidate engagement
