We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cutting-edge Banking & Finance application. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from conception to completion, ensuring the application meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex software development projects.


Project Planning and Management

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet milestones and deadlines.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and any changes to the project scope or schedule.
  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately captured and integrated into the project deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the application meets all functional and performance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking and financial regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Track project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Secure and manage external resources as needed, including third-party vendors and consultants.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.


  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on banking, finance, or financial technology projects.
  • Proven experience managing full project life cycle, from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects involving regulatory compliance and data security.


  • Strong understanding of banking and financial industry practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
