We are seeking a talented Engineering Analyst to join the Trust & Safety and Ads team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to protect users and enhance ad systems. Day To Day:

Utilize your skills in SQL, MySQL, MapReduce, and Hadoop to query and analyze large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies.
Apply your critical thinking abilities to develop solutions for complex technical and safety challenges.
Work closely with the engineering team to optimize ad performance and ensure the integrity of our platform.
Generate insights and reports that inform strategic decisions and enhance our Trust & Safety and Ads operations.

Your Background:

BA/BS degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics).
At least 1 year of experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce, Hadoop).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
