Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is seeking an experienced Payroll Projects Coordinator for their Global Payroll team. This is a full time contract role for 11 months, which will be hybrid from Dublin.

If you're a seasoned Project Manager with experience implementing HRIS, Payroll, or Finance-related strategies and tools, and you have expertise in strategy execution, planning, and change management, then this is the opportunity for you.

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of Payroll Projects, such as Employee Leaves enhancements, and other ad-hoc transformational project management, while producing metrics and dashboards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to the success of their payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead International Payroll Projects: Drive the execution of Payroll projects, including HR initiatives, Benefit changes, new legal entities' payroll readiness, changes in payroll regulations, and all cross-functional teams' projects impacting payroll.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with employment tax, benefit, accounting, HR, Legal, and intern/external auditors to analyze all issues related to payroll, develop business requirements, and continuously build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects across process, systems, data management, reporting & analytics aligned to our global strategy.

• Ensure Business Readiness: Confirm business readiness of the global payroll operations team before deploying new processes and significant system enhancements.

• Communicate Priorities: Communicate priorities, partner requirements, and sequential steps in operationalizing the Global payroll transformation roadmap and ensuring alignment across the organization.

• Implement Global Standards: Partner with the Payroll Operations team to implement project outcomes with global standards and best practices in mind, including proactive system evaluation and solid implementation planning with new policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline

•8+ years of experience in payroll, finance, or HR operations in a global organization

•Experience: Proven project management experience

•Experience working and collaborating in a cross-functional global environment

•Ability to think strategically and also act operationally

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with Workday and ADP payroll platforms, as well as benefit systems such as Darwin

•Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CPP, or FPC and LSS

**Please note that this role is a contract for 11 months**
