Job Description: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with managers and colleagues, gaining in-depth knowledge of the organization, its objectives, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with HRD/HRBP to align with corporate talent strategies, facilitate the implementation of talent management initiatives, and support career development for team members.
  • Conduct external benchmarking studies to recommend competitive compensation, benefits, and perks strategies, ensuring the company remains attractive in the market.
  • Provide timely coaching to leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, promoting the use of online and Shared Services tools where applicable.

Professional Knowledge:

  • High proficiency in employment law and its application in the workplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute strategically to overall company operations and goals.
  • Innovative thinking to elevate HR's role in delivering significant business value.
  • Proven capability to build strong relationships with colleagues and leaders, exerting positive influence.

  • Effective prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of successfully driving change, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management; CIPD qualification (essential).
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role.
  • Expected interview process: Approximately 3 rounds of interviews.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
