Software Engineer - Global Tech

Our client is a pioneering tech company at the forefront of digital innovation, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. Their diverse team of professionals is passionate about creating cutting-edge solutions that drive success. They value creativity, collaboration, and excellence, and we're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join their team.

As a Software Developer, you will be a key player in the Credit & Collections engineering team, working on products and systems that manage the companies yearly Ad revenue, Ad Credit, Ad Spend Collections, and enterprise communication workflows through the C&C Hub Portal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement new products and features within Meta's Credit and Collections Portal, ensuring your code is scalable, high-quality, and meets Meta's rigorous standards.
  • Enhance existing products and platforms by fixing recurring issues, boosting reliability, and improving our engineering systems' quality.
  • Participate in code and design reviews, working closely with business and engineering partners (Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Applied Researchers) to clarify requirements and define the scope of features, projects, and tasks.
  • Keep all partners and stakeholders updated with clear and concise status reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
  • 6+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements gathering to development, testing, and delivery.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software, including development software such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills.
  • Capable of providing support and constructive performance feedback to team members.
