Job Description: Business Development Manager

Location: Ireland / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on:

Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within the European Land Transport sector, targeting both national and local key customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product/Business Unit Management in the Land sector to strategize and enhance win rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and successfully close major business deals.
Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of European Land Transport/Freight industry dynamics, including Customs Clearance and Incoterms.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
Business Development Acumen: A keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Organizational Proficiency: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating and closing deals at a high level.
