Job Opportunity: Sales Management Team Leader

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 (Hybrid Working: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced leader to join their Sales management team within the Customer Solutions business unit. This key leadership role is crucial in delivering residential sales targets in the Republic of Ireland, while also guiding the strategic direction of the teams under your management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, with a proactive and strategic approach. The successful candidate will take ownership of and champion the future direction of residential sales, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires confident and sound decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of turning insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve residential sales targets.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the sales function.
  • Build and develop relationships with a portfolio of third-party and internal sales channels.
  • Analyze and present sales data to inform and develop future sales strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that inspires high performance and empowers teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in managing sales and providing leadership in a corporate setting.
  • Proven success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for understanding customer needs and striving to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
