Our public sector client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join them on a full time contract role for 6 months. The role is hybrid in Dublin 09 with 2 days in the office. The role requires an immediate start.

 

Job Overview

The Sustainability & Built Environment division provides a range of third-party certification activities to construction sectors primarily in Ireland. This role is to ensure clients of the SBE division receive professional and timely customer service and support.

 

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing general queries relating to certification schemes.
  • Setting up files and allocating to approved auditors.
  • Maintaining, monitoring and updating the databases used by the department.
  • Maintaining and managing the relevant webpages.
  • Working with the Certification team and Quality Officer in maintaining a quality management system.
  • Providing administrative support for all meetings, including organisation and booking of business flights/travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling of calendars for the Certification team.
  • Ensuring that files (electronic and paper) are maintained up to date and complete.
  • Preparing agendas and minute-taking for Board meetings, Liaison Forums, departmental meetings and liaising with relevant members.
  • Billing clients and completing department financial reporting tasks.
  • Ensuring that membership of relevant trade organisations/bodies is maintained.
  • Preparing financial details on the department for quarterly reports and senior management meetings.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Knowledge of billing processes and financial reporting tasks.
  • Experience in general database management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills and experience.

 

Desirable

  • Understanding of Quality Management principles, their application and benefits.
  • Previous experience in managing projects is highly desirable.
  • Previous knowledge of Goldmine and Integra would be an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • High level of computer literacy including comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Experience working with databases with high level of attention to detail.
