The Role:

As a Business Development Manager within B2B, you'll be the driving force behind all sales efforts, leveraging your top-tier sales skills to achieve and surpass targets. From cold calls to face-to-face presentations, you'll use your expertise to win over new business and deliver exceptional results.

Day to Day:

  • Convert leads and conduct cold calls to business premises within your defined territory.
  • Develop a structured journey plan to maximize prospects and drive sales volume.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and stay informed on competitor products and services.
  • Handle objections with finesse, increasing sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Craft high-quality proposals and deliver engaging presentations to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Drive and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Full driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
