Location: This role supports a flexible hybrid model, offering some work-from-home options. The local office is based in Dublin. Regular travel within the UKI zone and occasional travel to other European locations may be required, including some overnight stays. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and support negotiations of various contracts, including industry-standard construction contracts. Review and prepare legal templates. Provide claims support and oversee litigations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Support back-office functions such as Real Estate, Finance, and HR. Provide training and facilitate compliance programs. Offer general legal support as required by Legal Management for Irish operations. Requirements: Fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Ireland with a Master/Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant PQE in commercial law. Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong technological skills. Experience working in an international company with a proven track record in an in-house environment. Proactive, able to work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyze critical commercial and legal issues. Confident, with excellent interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized, and capable of working effectively within teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
