As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop, manage monthly sales targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you have at least two years of relevant experience, are customer-focused, a team player, and highly motivated, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:

Understand customer needs and provide relevant mobile solutions.
Meet individual and team targets and objectives.
Address and resolve customer issues to minimize churn.
Assist the store manager in daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Handle stock control, cash management, and data entry.
Stay updated and implement current and new policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of competitor promos, tariffs, and handset offerings.
